I’m a new student — what should I do first?+

Where do I start in the course?+
Start with the “Win at the Beginning” module — it’s your introduction. Complete the survey, email your intentions to vip@awakenedacademy.com, then move into Pillar 1 (Awakened You).
Is there a mobile app for my courses?+
Yes — the course app is called Awakened Academy. What are the surveys for?+
They’re check-in points — a chance for you to reflect on what you’ve learned, and for us to make sure it’s landed. They’re also a space to celebrate your wins and ask any questions.

Can’t get in, or content not showing? Start here.
How do I log in or reset my password?+
Log in at https://www.awakened.academy/login. If you’re locked out, email vip@awakenedacademy.com and we can set a temporary password for you (usually firstname123). Once you’re in, change it in Settings.
I’m not receiving the mobile app login code.+
Check your spam and promotions folders for an email with the subject “Confirm your email address with Kajabi.” That message contains the code you need.
How do I get back to previous modules?+
Use the course menu on the right of the video player, or the breadcrumb navigation just above the video. Click “My Library” to see all of your courses in one place.
My progress isn’t being saved.+
Click “Mark as Complete” below the video before moving to the next lesson — that’s what records your progress. If it still isn’t saving, log out and back in, or clear your browser cache.
I unsubscribed but still get emails.+
Transactional emails (account and course notifications) still come through — that’s a Kajabi policy. You can reduce them in Settings → Notification Preferences.
Live Q&A, Coaching & Community
Live calls, your 1-on-1 with Michael, and where to connect between sessions.
When are the bi-weekly live calls, and how do I join?+
Every two weeks, alternating between 11 AM and 2 PM Arizona time (AZ) so members in different time zones can join. Your link to join is emailed to you — reminder emails (with the join link) go out the day of each call, so keep an eye on your inbox.
Who can join the bi-weekly live calls?+
The bi-weekly live calls are included for students who started within the last two years. If you started more than two years ago, you can keep your access for $97/month here: https://www.awakened.academy/offers/76TLPrf7
Is there a free group, and does Michael do calls in it?+
Yes — there’s a free group where Michael runs occasional live Q&A calls. You can find the sessions here: https://awakenedacademy.mykajabi.com/coaching/groups/awakened-academy-live-q-a-2/sessions
What if I can’t attend a live call?+
All calls are recorded. Submit your questions in advance by email or in the Facebook group and they’ll be addressed on the call, so you don’t miss out.
Can I get a 1-on-1 session with Michael?+
Yes — every student gets one “Magic Session” with Michael, typically available after you’ve completed the Dharma Training. The booking link becomes available inside the course once you’ve completed it. If you think you’re eligible but can’t find it, email vip@awakenedacademy.com.
I’d like some personal help — what are my options?+

What does the training cover?+

What’s the difference between the packages?+

What’s included in my package?+
It depends on your enrollment level. Scholarship and near-scholarship students have everything — all Pillars plus website setup, marketing and client attraction. Students paying under $100/month don’t include website setup, marketing or client attraction, but can upgrade at any time. Not sure what you have? Email vip@awakenedacademy.com and we’ll check.
How long does the program take?+
It’s designed to be completed in about 12 months at roughly 5 hours per week. Everything is online (audio, video, books) and fully self-paced, so you can go faster or slower to suit your life.
How long do I have access?+
You have lifetime access to the course materials. Live calls and their recordings are available while you’re an active student.
What is the Meditation Teacher Training?+
A separate 3-month certification (distinct from the Awakened Meditation pillar). You become triple certified: Meditation Teacher, Guided Meditation Facilitator, and Mindfulness Coach — with 12 meditation methods, scripts, 1-on-1 mentorship and business tools.
What is the Awakened Business Hub?+
A done-for-you business setup: website, booking, payments and funnels — so you save months of tech setup. More details below in “Your Website & Marketing Platform.”

For Business Hub students — your all-in-one site, booking, payments and marketing tools.
What is the Awakened Hub?+
If you have the Business Hub, the Awakened Hub is your all-in-one website and marketing platform. It runs your website and funnels, calendars and booking, email and SMS, payments, contacts and pipelines, social posting and review requests — all in one place. We handle the heavy setup for you; you just connect a few of your own accounts (below).
What do I need to connect myself after setup?+
Once your Hub is built for you, finish these in your account: • Connect Stripe for payments — Settings → Integrations. • Connect Facebook / Instagram — Settings → Integrations (Instagram must be a Business account linked to your Facebook page). • Connect your Google Business Profile — Settings → Integrations. • Link your personal Google calendar — Settings → Calendars.
Is there a mobile app for the platform?+
Yes — the app is called Lead Connector. Search for “Lead Connector” in the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, install it, and log in with the same credentials as the web version. It lets you message contacts, manage bookings and take payments on the go.
How do I take a payment in person (Tap to Pay)?+
In the mobile app: 1. Tap the money icon in the bottom navigation. 2. Enter the amount, or choose an item from your catalog. 3. Tap “Review payment.” 4. Add the customer, adjust quantity, add any discount. 5. Tap “Charge” — the customer taps their card or phone to pay.
How do I send a payment link by text (Text-2-Pay)?+
On mobile: open an SMS conversation → tap the + icon → “Request Payments” → “Add items” → Save → “Preview” → “Generate link.” On desktop: Conversations → select the SMS conversation → click the “Request Payment” icon → add items and prices → “Copy link and mark as sent.”
Something isn’t working on my platform — quick fixes.+
• Texting/SMS not available yet: your A2P registration may still be pending — use the Live Chat widget in the meantime. • A domain isn’t verifying: DNS can take several minutes — wait, then click “Verify Domain” again. • Payments aren’t going through: make sure Stripe is connected in Settings → Integrations. • Emails aren’t sending: your dedicated email domain may still be verifying. Certification & Practice Coaching
How to get certified, the four levels, and submitting practice coaching.
How do I get certified?+
Complete the required modules and surveys for each level, then email vip@awakenedacademy.com to be certified. Levels 3 and 4 also require your tuition to be paid in full.
What are the certification levels?+
• Level 1 — Basic Coaching Achievement (BCA): Pillar 1 + Coaching 101. • Level 2 — Advanced Coaching Achievement (ACA): + Pillar 2 + Soul Purpose Coaching. • Level 3 — Spiritual Life Coach (SLCC): + Pillar 3 + 12 hrs practice coaching + tuition paid. • Level 4 — Master’s Spiritual Life Coach (MSLCC): + Master’s modules + tuition paid.
What exactly do I need for Level 3?+
Levels 1 and 2 complete, all Pillar 3 modules, 12 hours of practice coaching, 2 recorded sessions with reports, and tuition paid in full.
How do I start practice coaching?+
1. Watch the Pillar 3 training videos for guidance on prep, focus and templates. 2. Download the templates from Kajabi (in Pillar 3 or Downloads): Coaching Intake Forms, Session Templates, Energy Assessment Tool. 3. Practice with friends, family or fellow students — aim for 5–10 sessions. 4. Record your sessions (Zoom, Loom, etc.) — get permission first. 5. Send 2–3 recordings to vip@awakenedacademy.com (as a YouTube-unlisted, Google Drive or Dropbox link) with your name and a short note.
How do I submit my practice coaching recordings?+
Email your recordings to vip@awakenedacademy.com (YouTube unlisted, Google Drive, or Dropbox link) and include your full name, the date of each session, and a brief reflection — what went well, what you learned, and any questions.
Payments & Billing
Pausing, payment trouble, and refunds.
Can I pause my payments?+
You can pause for up to 2 months. Your enrollment is a commitment rather than a subscription, so payments need to continue per your agreement — but we can adjust dates or amounts. Email vip@awakenedacademy.com to arrange it.
I’m having trouble making my payments.+
We have options: move your payment date, temporarily reduce amounts, set up Afterpay/Klarna, or look at refinancing (USA, good credit). Email vip@awakenedacademy.com and we’ll find something that works.
Can I get a refund?+
Refunds are available within 14 days of starting. After that we don’t offer refunds — but please reach out and let’s jump on a call to see how we can best support you.
